About the Position

The Senior Project Manager supports and develops client accounts by successfully managing a range of localization projects. In this role, the Senior Project Manager may provide leadership for other team members in achieving day-to-day and long-term production as well as project objectives. Furthermore, the Senior Project Manager ensures that all quality and schedule requirements are met.

In addition, the Senior Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide input and feedback for continuous improvement of processes, services, and client relationships. This cross-functional collaboration may include but is not limited to Sales, Strategic Account Management, and Marketing.

Successful candidates will have 4-6 years working experience in translation and localization project management, including quality assurance, customer service, and desktop publishing. Furthermore, candidates must show strong project management skills and self-motivation.

This position is located at our San Francisco headquarters.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and experience with project management principles required
  • Experience in managing client accounts and relationships required
  • Completed four-year college/university degree required
  • Fluent communication skills of written and verbal English required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Solid PC skills required
  • Experience with TRADOS and other translation tools required
  • Experience with desktop publishing applications (e.g., Word, FrameMaker, etc.) required
  • Strong problem solving skills required
  • Quality focus and eye for details desired

  • Strong customer service awareness and skills required
  • Experience in the localization and translation industry highly desired
