The Quality Assurance (QA) Lead is an integral part of the team who performs final linguistic and format proofing of translated documentation. The QA Lead will work in a variety of languages, but command of at least one foreign language is required.

In this role, the QA Lead performs the final quality assurance review of translations to ensure the consistency/accuracy of formatting, stylistic consistency across languages, and adherence to client specifications.

The QA Lead will assist in researching queries raised by linguists and will be involved minimally in project coordination with internal and external proofreaders and/or linguists.

The ideal candidate will have experience with translation memory (TM) tools and must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Given the volume of translated documentation, successful candidates will have excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

This position is located in the Lafayette/Denver area.

• Experience in translation, editing, and/or proofreading required
• Excellent attention to detail required
• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills required
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language required
• Excellent English-language skills (written and spoken) required
• Experience with translation memory (TM) tools required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
