The Project Coordinator supports smaller localization projects under the supervision of team leads. He or she provides the back-end technical support and the preparation of daily translation tasks such as file management (including file conversion and transfer) and communicating with linguists all over the world to ensure that the translation projects go out on time and meet strict quality objectives. In addition, the Project Coordinator supports experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in their objectives to meet client expectations and to complete project activities.

Successful candidates will have 0-2 years experience in translation and localization project management, good PC skills, ability to perform daily project tasks, and attention to detail.

This is an on-site position located in our Lafayette/Denver office. Successful candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Completed four-year college/university degree required
• Advanced technical and computer skills required
• Fluent communication skills of written and verbal English required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
• Superb ability to multi-task
• Thrives in deadline-driven and fast-paced environments
• Able to work in a team
• Can learn and master new technology quickly
• Working knowledge of project management principles desired
• Experience in the localization and translation industry a plus
• Verbal and written fluency in at least one foreign language a plus
• Experience with desktop publishing applications (e.g., Word, FrameMaker, etc.) a plus
