The Project Coordinator supports smaller localization projects under the supervision of team leads. In addition, the Project Coordinator supports experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in their objectives to meet client expectations and to complete project activities.

Successful candidates will have 0-2 years experience in translation and localization project management, good PC skills, ability to perform daily project tasks, and attention to detail.

This position is located at our San Francisco headquarters.

• Completed four-year college/university degree required
• Fluent communication skills of written and verbal English required
• Good PC skills required
• Knowledge of and experience with project management principles desired
• Basic problem solving skills desired
• Quality focus and eye for details desired
  
• Able to work in a team
• Cultural awareness a plus
• Experience in the localization and translation industry a plus
• Experience in managing client accounts and relationships a plus
• Verbal and written fluency in at least one foreign language a plus
• Experience with TRADOS and other translation tools a plus
• Experience with desktop publishing applications (e.g., Word, FrameMaker, etc.) a plus
