with a proven record of meeting at least a million dollar sales quota in year
one and who is looking for their next big move within the industry for greater
rewards and greater ownership. About
the PositionThe Business Development Manager
is responsible for identifying key buyers, making cold calls, building
relationships, determining needs and selling appropriate localization services
and solutions. This is a pure outside sales role with travel required on an as-needed
basis. The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience selling services
within the life science vertical and experience using related CRM software packages.
Successful candidate will have experience and demonstrated success with a million
dollar plus quota. Successful candidate will have at
least five years experience selling services into a highly professional clients
and managing client relationships. Taking initiative and developing technical
competencies quickly are highly desired abilities. In addition, successful candidates
are creative, goal-driven, and show follow-through to ensure success. Self-confidence
and professional demeanor are essential. Aggressive salary
package depending upon experience, base plus commission. Skills/Qualifications
- Fluent communication skills of verbal and written English required
- Previous
experience selling localization solutions required
- At least five years
experience selling services required
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Completed
bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Self-confident
and professional demeanor required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills required
- Solid PC skills required, including experience with a
CRM system
- Experience selling into life science companies highly desired
