Job Title: Associate Project Manager

the Position The Associate Project Manager (APM) is responsible for
a variety of localization projects and supports Project Managers in managing and
developing client accounts. In this role, the APM performs day-to-day project
activities and ensures that all production and project objectives are met. The
APM oversees Project Coordinators and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction
on an ongoing basis. In addition, s/he may collaborate with cross-functional teams
to provide input and feedback for continuous improvement of processes, services,
and client relationships. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years working
experience in translation and localization project management, including quality
assurance, customer service, and desktop publishing. Furthermore, candidates must
show good project management skills and self-motivation as well as work under
low supervision.
This is an in-office position located in San Francisco,
California. Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in the localization and translation industry required
- Completed
four-year college/university degree required
- Fluent communication skills
of written and verbal English required
- Excellent organizational skills

- Experience in managing client accounts and relationships highly
